Postage

Free postage is only applicable to the mainland UK on orders over £35. Orders outside of the UK will be calculated at the appropriate rate. We will always endeavor to charge the customer the lowest cost for postage. The Supplement Shack reserve the right to cancel orders outside of mainland UK without the appropriate shipping costs applied.

Refunds & Returns

I wish to return my item(s). What do I do?
The Supplement Shack want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we do understand that from time to time a customer may wish to return their item(s).

Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an immediate refund, so long as all of the following conditions are met:

  • Food / Supplements are unopened with their seals still in tact
  • Clothing labels have not been removed
  • Returned in the state you received them
  • In their original packaging

Please note: We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning unwanted items. For your protection we would recommend the order is sent back on recorded / trackable service. Once the item has been received we will either process a full refund or send an alternative product you have requested.

To initiate a returned item, please email us at returns@supplementshack.co.uk, including the following information.

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The order number
  • Any supporting photographs
  • Reason for returning order

Return Exemptions

We will not accept any returns based on:

  • You dislike the taste/flavour
  • After 30 days of purchase
  • If the product is opened with seals/tags broken

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, please email us at returns@supplementshack.co.uk, including the following information.

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The order number
  • Any supporting photographs
  • Reason for returning order

 
A vast majority of returns takes on average between 5-10 working days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
Email us and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
We are very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Visit Us daily to know about the latest updates of our collections.

We accept international credit, Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
On the checkout page, there will be a billing and shipping section. Please do the following:

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Any applicable tax will be calculated on your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.

What can cause my order to be delayed?
1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
2. We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.
